Not at all. Our classes are designed for every level, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. Instructors offer modifications so you can practice at a pace that feels right for you.
Just comfortable clothing you can move in. We provide mats and props, but you're welcome to bring your own. Arrive 10 minutes early so we can help you settle in.
Yes. All our plans are flexible with no long-term lock-in. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your membership at any time from your account or by contacting us directly.
Yes, our Private plan includes one-on-one coaching tailored to your goals, whether that's recovering from an injury, deepening your practice, or working around a busy schedule.
Absolutely. Every class is also streamed live and recorded, so you can join from home or catch up later at a time that suits you.
